District 7
This eight-unit building on Detroit's West Side in District 7 is a beautiful historical apartment building built in the early 1900s. Boasting eight, two-bedroom, one-bath units, each apartment has ample living space with 800 square feet, including spacious living and dining areas. The roomy kitchen will be equipped with the latest in technology and efficiency, as well as brand new plumbing and electrical. We are excited to get this project started to expand the affordable options for those living on the City's West Side.
