Strength Through Collaboration

A Mission of Dedication, Expertise, and Passion.

The CAP Real Estate Development Program is thrilled to be working with key industry partners across the State of Michigan. From community non-profits to banks to government municipalities, our program relies on the participation of organizations and entities that align with our critical mission for workforce and affordable housing development. As we collectively grow community-centric opportunities, especially in Michigan's opportunity zones, we increase our strength in building generational wealth and revitalizing communities.

Meet Our Partners

Supported by MSHDA and administered through the Detroit Training Center, the Contractor Assistance Program works collectively with specialty partners in skilled trades, construction contracting, and real estate development. As a statewide program, our collaborations and partnerships touch businesses and industry professionals across Michigan's inner cities, rural areas, and even the Upper Peninsula. It is our goal to work with the best, building a wealth of knowledge to foster the far-reaching results of the program and its rewarding outcomes for partners and students alike.

Through the strategic partnerships of the Real Estate Development Program, our students gain access to crucial points of contact for every stage of the development process. Easily accessible and always willing to work through any problem, we greatly appreciate all of our partners for helping us fuel Michigan's options for affordable housing development. The program truly shines because of them.
